Thank you for choosing RheoFit! We are committed to ensuring that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process. Please review the details below.
Standard Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your RheoFit product to initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in "like new" condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
RheoFit will cover standard return shipping costs for all eligible U.S. returns.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges by mail.
Important Conditions
Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their return policies.
Personalized items, refurbished devices, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.
If a product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components, RheoFit reserves the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund based on the product’s condition.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Only returns authorized by RheoFit will be processed.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at Chat or email us at service@rheofit.com. You will need to provide:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions. You will have 14 days to ship the item back after receiving the label.
Return Process
Repackaging: Ensure the product is securely repackaged in its original box, including all accessories and the return authorization document.
Shipping: Take your return package to any authorized shipping location, following the instructions provided.
Inspection: Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect in your account.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, it may qualify for a return under our Limited Warranty. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
