What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.
Will I have to pay import duties?
We will cover the customs duties, so you won’t need to pay any additional import fees. However, our prices do not include local taxes (VAT). Tax notifications will be issued by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other logistics service providers. Backers are responsible for paying these taxes upon delivery.

We’ve partnered with leading logistics companies, enabling us to ship to most countries around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United States and the European Union. For other countries, shipping costs will vary based on the quantity of your purchase.
When can I expect to receive the product?
Delivery times will vary based on your location, with shipments expected to start from late October through November. Once your order is shipped, our logistics provider will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real-time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Is this product suitable for individuals who do not exercise?
Absolutely. Muscle fascia tension isn’t just caused by physical activity; prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or working can also lead to muscle tension and fascial adhesion. Therefore, it’s important to alleviate muscle and fascia tension even if you don’t engage in regular exercise. The RheoFit A1 is designed to help you do this more effectively.
Are your products effective for body shaping?
Using RheoFit products for massage comes with benefits like relaxing your muscles, stretching muscle fibers, and improving circulation. While massage can help boost metabolism, there’s no solid medical evidence yet that it actually leads to fat reduction or slimming of the legs. RheoFit is committed to continuing research in this area.

How long is the warranty for the product?
The warranty lasts for 1 year, starting from the date of dispatch.
How often should I use the RheoFit A1?
It is recommended to use the device 1-2 times after each workout or long period of activity, with no more than two applications per day and a gap of at least 5 hours between sessions.
What’s the longest I should use it in one go?
We recommend limiting each session to a maximum of 5 minutes per body part, including the soles of the feet, Achilles tendon, calves, thighs, buttocks, waist, back, shoulders, and neck. Adjust the duration based on the intensity of the massage and your comfort level. Stop if you feel any discomfort or once you feel fully relaxed. Be sure to allow at least 5 hours of recovery before your next session.
What types of surfaces (floor, bed, couch) is the RheoFit A1 designed for?
The RheoFit A1 is designed for use on even surfaces such as concrete, wooden floors, grass, and running tracks that are relatively smooth and free from long fibers. However, it should not be used on carpets with a thick pile, nor on beds or sofas.
Will it hold my weight?
The RheoFit A1 can support individuals weighing up to 300 pounds. As long as your weight does not exceed this limit, it can comfortably withstand your weight whether you are seated or reclining. However, it should not be used while standing.
How long does it take to get a full charge?
For optimal charging, we recommend using a USB-C power adapter. A charger with a power output of 25 watts or more will fully charge the device in 2.5 hours, while a 20-watt charger will take approximately 3 hours to complete the process.
What’s the best way to clean the massage cover? Is it okay to use water, alcohol, or disinfectant?
You can remove the cover and clean it with water, alcohol, or disinfectant solutions. However, please avoid getting any liquids near the charging port to prevent damage to the device. For the control panel, use a towel or tissue to maintain hygiene without risking any damage.

Deeppower™ is a comprehensive term for the suite of drive system technologies developed by RheoFit A1. It includes advanced high-torque-density motors with a dual-layer planetary gear system, dynamic balancing for reduced noise, aerodynamic simulations for improved heat dissipation, and overall efficiency optimization for the tri-electric system. The aim is to provide users with a unique and soothing massage experience through these innovative technologies.
What are the differences between the RheoFit A1 and a massage gun?
1) Automatic Operation:
The RheoFit A1 operates fully automatically, allowing for effortless long-term use. In contrast, a massage gun requires manual manipulation, often leading to arm and shoulder fatigue.

2) Accessibility:
The RheoFit A1 can effectively reach and massage all areas of the body, including the glutes, legs, and back, which can be difficult to access with a massage gun, often requiring awkward postures.

3) Safe and Stable Massage:
The RheoFit A1 provides a stable and controllable massage experience, making it a safer option. In comparison, the high-frequency vibrations of a massage gun can risk injury to surrounding tissues, blood vessels, and nerves.

4) Comfort:
Users of a massage gun may experience ticklish sensations due to its vibrations, whereas the RheoFit A1 eliminates this discomfort entirely.

Are there different gears to choose from?
You can adjust the intensity of the massage by varying the speed settings (slower speeds provide a deeper massage) and by selecting different firmness levels of massage covers. The ProDeep cover, for example, offers a deeper massage experience.
What material is the massage cover, and is it safe to use on skin?
The massage cover is constructed from EVA material, identical to that used in certain infants’ toys, athletic footwear, hence it is safe for direct contact with the skin.
