Warranty Coverage
Your RheoFit product is protected by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge after inspection by our authorized technicians. We will also cover the shipping costs for returning the product for repair. Please note that this warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. Products purchased outside of this shopping website are not covered.
Warranty Period
This warranty applies to the following:
- Devices: 1-Year Warranty
- Attachments and Accessories: 90-Day Warranty*
*Accessories include charging cables, removable components, adapters, and carrying cases.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Products not used in accordance with the user manual.
- Misuse, alteration, or modification of the product.
- Repairs conducted by unauthorized service representatives.
- Damage from accidents, mishandling, or user error (e.g., drops).
- Use of non-RheoFit chargers or accessories.
- Damage exceeding the product’s value.
- Failure to provide proof of purchase or serial number.
- Deterioration due to improper storage or handling.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
- Units taken outside of this shopping website.
Making a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and answer questions to assess the issue.
