Thank you for choosing RheoFit! We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
The product must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
- If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the express company you choose.
- If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., the goods received are damaged or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Orders are typically processed by RheoFit within 1 business days of receipt. If your cancellation request is made before the order is shipped and within the 24-hour cancellation window, the order can be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact them directly).
- Personalized items, refurbished products, and items marked final sale.
- Products showing wear, damage, or missing components (RheoFit reserves the right to deny or partially refund such returns).

Please note: we do not accept packages sent directly to our warehouse without an approved return request.

Return Process
- Repackaging: Securely package the item with all original components.
- Shipping: Use your preferred shipping carrier to send the item to the provided address.
- Inspection: After we receive the item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your account.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product: please contact us immediately. Once our customer support team confirms that the issue is related to a product defect, the item may be eligible for return under our Warranty Policy.
- Prepaid return shipping label: In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are required to ship the return item using the provided label and notify our customer service once the item has been sent.
- Replacement shipment: After the return shipment has been sent, we will immediately arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost.
